We practice in federal and California trial courts, appellate courts, and alternative dispute venues, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and JAMS.  We also represent our clients in matters before the California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement and the California Labor Commissioner, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Civil Rights Department / Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the National Labor Relations Board, the Agricultural Labor Relations Board and the EEOC and United States Department of Labor.
